I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Im sure you can view video to see that at least 2 of my complaint I encountered were at the front desk. I also stated that I tried to call the front desk check phone records and they did not pick up the calls. I wish you would put a little more effort in investigation this complaint then to say you don't see anything logged. If you would like the picture I have from the room I am more than willing to send them to you. It would have also been nice for you to have put some where in this complaint that those issues were addressed not that you could not just simply find anything in your log. I need  safe place for my family to stay, im not sure you have addressed those dangerous concerns of the room. Like I said I am willing to send you the pictures of what needs to be fixed in the room
