Review: I placed an order for a particular omelet meal that included tea and juice. I received the wrong omelet and coffee, but no juice. I requested the tea and juice and our waitress disappeared into the kitchen with the coffee never to be seen again. The omelet was edible, but I was charged a higher price for it. The wheat toast was cold and inedible. My niece's chocolate milk was warm - undrinkable. When I went to pay the bill, I requested the tea and juice be removed from the bill. The [redacted] told me he could not refund it because it was included in the meal cost. I explained I hadn't gotten them, and was told that was not his problem, and that he would not be refunding me. I told him I go there all the time, and just wanted to be refunded for goods/services I did not receive. I was told to go somewhere else next time. My niece and I were shocked and humiliated, to say the least. The service was deplorable and I did NOT get what I ordered - and was forced to pay for. Nor did I have the chance to order it again because the waitress brought the bill with the food and disappeared. I advised him I would be reporting this to the Revdex.com, and he replied, "Okay, you do that." Infuriating.Desired Settlement: I have filed a dispute with American Express, the card I used to pay for this unfortunate meal, and I would like a refund from the merchant.Thank you!
