Greetings,This is the first notification of this complaint I have receivedI do recall the incident and there was a leak in the roomOur Facilities Manager , Shane H [redacted] advised the renter to report the incident to our insurance companyHe would be responsible for his deductible and the balance should be sent to our insurance company Our agent is [redacted] at the [redacted] in Portland OregonI have heard nothing since the time of the incident from the guestI assumed he took care of itThe resort is not responsible for items left in the room, but I thought our insurance company would be a place to start.Thank you,Bob H***COOEmbarcadero Resort and Marina
