Ely's Towing

I have towing thru my insurance ***I called for a tow and was told minutes and that Ely's towing would call about minutes before they got thereNo call No show.I called [redacted] and was connected to Ely's and they told me they would be there in to minutesNo Call no showI had [redacted] call them and was told minutes no call no show.again I was told they would be there in time to get my car to my mechanic before they closedDidn;t happenI canceled the tow and [redacted] told me to call tomorrow morning to request a towwish me luck

Ely's Towing never arrived! Original ETA was to be 11:17aAfter multiple calls to both dispatch and the driver for updatesThe driver actually passed by me at 12:56p with an empty trailer stating he saw me and he'd turn aroundHe didn'tAt 2:I called a final time to figure out what was happening and he yelled, "I told you to call me if your car didn't start!" In the midst of explaining that he was confusing me with someone else, he hung up!

Set up a tow through*** ImsuranceThey never showed up to tow my car, I never recieved a call as I was promised "when they arrived" so my brand new car-with a flat tire- was left unlocked with keys inside in a neighborhood I wasn't fond ofCalled to chNge the address of drop off a few minutes afte do initially called, the guy on the phone was barley paying attention to what I was saying and didn't seem to care , I would have thought for you're getting paid for the serviceYou would want the business !! How ridiculous, so now it's a holiday and weekend , and I'm screwed out of luck on row living my tire for three days because everywhere is closed and I cannot get a new tire mounted on the rimSince it was 2:am when I get home finally, I fell asleep , and woke up around and realized my car was not delivered to my house and I did not receive any missed calls from themI assume they just spaced it off and didmy give a crapSo I called in a rescuer the next morning and they promptly came !
