I bought from this Company in March 2914, and managed to crash it after only using it a few weeks (my fault, not theirs) I sent it back and they replaced the hard drive for me The cost? absolutely nothing Great, great customer service

Needed some work done on my laptop. I called them because they knew the exact model laptop I have and they have experience with it. Their customer service is absolutely top notch as well as the work they provide. You can call and they will immediately answer but I chose to email them which were also answered very quickly. In short, got my computer back from them and it runs absolutely amazing! I had an mSATA SSD installed and the computer is blazing fast. I couldn't be happier. Their know-how and workmanship is top notch. Call and ask for [redacted] (he usually answers anyway), he's very sharp and really knows his stuff. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a new computer or any type of customizations done.
