Not knowing anything about diamonds I stopped into Elsa's show room to gain some knowledge. They were very accommodating considering I just showed up to the store without an appointment and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know. I decided that I liked the staff there and wanted to use them to create an engagement ring. She got the diamonds in making sure she could get me the best possible diamond while staying in the price range that I had provided her with. I know that the few other places I had stopped in asked for what I was looking to spend and then completely ignored the price range and were over budget in the second diamond that they were showing me. After a few showing of the diamonds at Elsa's I found the perfect diamond and she made the most beautiful ring I could ever ask for. My fiancee has been getting complements about the amazing diamond as well as the band that was created. Elsa told me from the beginning that she was going to treat me as if I were her son and that is the service that I received.
