tires were almost brand knew I remember showing him the tires and the tires looked brand new as well. This seems like an attempt to get back expenses that he is not happy with paying after the fact that I explained at the time of purchase he then went ahead and purchased the car he did sign the paperwork buying the car As-Is we can provide this if needed. If the car did not pass inspection [redacted] should've called us immediately and we would've helped him with anything that needed repairs to pass inspection before he went ahead and did anything to the car without telling us now hes asking us to refund him on something we don't know for sure is true or an attempt to get money back. either way cars are sold as is in New Jersey tires and brakes are considered wear and tear and the dealer has no legal requirement to fix these things at all nothing was fraudulently charged it was explained to them through text and in person they still received a great deal on the car that was purchased. All we could've offered to help was to make sure his car passed inspection but he went ahead and did it on his own already at this time theirs nothing we can offer to help.
