prior indications of water leaks prior to the sheet rock falling in, and no prior service requests were found to have been place for the same or similar issue prior. Both on-site employees witnessed that the bed was on the other side of the room where no damages had occurred and that the TV and Games had not been broken. Photos were taken to document this and are included in this response. Maintenance temporarily patched and secured the area on the ceiling while the on-site staff attempted to schedule permanent repairs. Due to the recent heavy rain and hail in the San Antonio area, most contracting companies have a full schedule. Work was approved on 6/1/16 and repairs are scheduled to begin on 6/10/16. The 1.in call regarding the AC was received on Saturday 5/28/16 in the evening. Maintenance responded and completed the service request on Sunday 5/29/16. Maintenance received another call from resident the same day in the evening stating that the AC was not cooling again and responded that same day. it was determined that the AC would have to be replaced and due to Monday being Memorial Day, maintenance informed the resident that a new AC unit would be ordered on Tuesday 5/31/16. A window unit was placed in the resident's apartment until the new AC unit could be installed on 6/1/16. I have called the [redacted] many time and have left message with no responds.
