To whom it may concern - Mr*** sent me an email regarding an issue with the trim we had painted and I followed up with him via phone call The *** home is in Land Park and is almost years old Much of the wood we painted should have been replaced, it was dry
rotted I never told Mr*** we would not honor our warranty and there is nothing he has in writing that is said to that effect I explained that when we paint over bad wood there is a greater likelihood the material will fail faster Mr *** has received many complimentary services from us and is a referral from a family member I will always be willing to touch up his home
