Called Ellis on 6/27/to place an order for steel shoresWhen the lady answered the phone, I told her I needed to order the same one that we had ordered before she in return told me they were the STL-10’s (we have only ordered one time from this company before)She transferred me to [redacted] VP of Sales which took my orderWe decided to secure our own freight company to get a better rateThe freight company picked it up on 6/29/18, we received it at our store on 7/6/Our appt with our customer was on 7/11/Once they were opened we realized that we received the wrong ones they are the STL-HD’sI immediately called Ellis and the lady that answered the phone pulled my account up and said to me that she told [redacted] which ones we needed, and he ordered he wrong onesShe transferred me to [redacted] which in return talk down to me and insinuate that I was lying to himWith the conversation not going anywhere I let my husband talk to himAgain, [redacted] was extremely rude to him but
