I bought a beautiful car without any hassleAll the cars they have super clean and after I sign and agree for the loan they got me a lower rate by sitting on their computer after 5pm when they suppose to get off! Sent me a check for the amount I paid extra for the license feesI don’t remember I received this kind of check from anywhere beforeReally honest guys, really clean cars! Totally recommended
I purchased my BMW 750i on July 13, from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers with 33,milesAt the time of purchase, I pointed out to the sales representative (Howard K***) that the passenger rear wheel was missing a lug nut and a large spot on the rear bumper that needed paintingIt took a series of several calls and a visits over a three month period before I could finally get the car back in to the dealership to get these repairs completedOn February 1, 2016, I carried the car in to the BMW Service department in Fife, WA for its first scheduled service at 41,milesThe service technician found the passenger side rear wheel to have cracks and the remaining three wheels were bent to a point that they could not be balanced outThe technician also stated that there was evidence that supports someone made an attempt to straighten the wheels and tried to cover it up by painting themBecause of the cracked wheel and severely bent wheels, my out of pocket expense was $5,
BEWARE, OUT $10,000+Test drove a BMW and all was wellClean carfaxmiles off the lot the oil light comes on - diagnostics test shows major engine issueApparently no inspection was actually done on the carI spoke softly to the sales manager and asked for my money back for the carHe puts this nasty smirk on his face and tells me I signed a contract and there's no negotiationTime to hire a lawyerBE CAREFUL!
