I have contacted them 3 times regarding my son's prior case that was handled by _____ and no one has returned my phone call or the 2 emails sent. I wanted a copy of my son's file, especially the evaluation I provided by the Special School District. I feel ample time to respond has elapsed to respond. All I wanted was a copy of my son's file (_____), but my requests have not been answered.
