This was not a customer of ours, but was a fraudulent use of a credit card on our site. The fraudster used the victims information on our site. We have refunded and are doing a search for anything else related to her card info. She should see...

I have been contacted by Crunchyroll and told that I will be refunded within the next week, and that I will not be charged again. This case can be marked as resolved.

We added the equivalent time onto the account to offset the gift expiration error.   Please check with the customer to confirm.
