They measured, designed, fabricated, and installed a frameless shower door in our home The original installer (their technician) told us the door opening was miss measured After four service calls (one with the owner of the company present) and many commitments unfulfilled, the problem with the shower door continues Tonight, ***, the President, Sectretary, and Treasurer of the corporation called me an "as***le" and my issue a "frigg'n mess" After I told him I did not appreciate the language, he hung up on me After 4-1/months, our problems continue and response from them is non-existent
We have requested a full refund and removal of this miss-fitting frameless shower door from our house
