Elk River Soap Company is an absolute amazing company. The owners put forth so much time and commitment to their company, their products, and their affiliates. They also are constantly researching for better ingredients to use in the products to make them even better than they already are. Not to mention the products are cruelty free and naturally based. You are definitely getting a high quality product for the price you pay!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
As I live in Australia, I had my products shipped to my Fiancé in America. I was charged for the items but he did not receive the items. When I contacted the company they said that as it was past 6 weeks, there was nothing they could do. My fiancé called 3 post offices to see if the individual that made the delivery could recall anything about the drop off. But had no luck.
We received this order on 7/11/18 and it was packaged and shipped out of our facility on the next business day, 7/12/18. Tracking numbers are always sent out via the email address the customer or affiliate provides on their order, imported from their customer account. We received no word that the package wasn't received until 8/26/18, about six weeks after this was marked delivered according to the tracking number provided by the Postal Service. This correspondence was from one of our affiliates within our company representing the customer. We attempted to communicate to the affiliate, stating the package was delivered and that we were unable to accommodate their request since it has been nearly six weeks since it was marked delivered. We advised her to have the customer contact their local Post Office. After that response, we received no other form of communication since.
We do have a policy on our website, under Shipping & Returns, stating "When your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive your order, please notify us with in 72 hours or 3 business days of the date the package was marked delivered. We are not responsible for items that are stolen after delivery from your delivery location." I have attached multiple files of the issue regarding this package including the correspondence with the affiliate, the invoice from the customer including the date it was shipped out of our warehouse, the tracking information provided by the Postal Service, and the portion of our Shipping & Return policy pertaining to this circumstance.
