As per the response to the complaint The customer was making payment on a itemas per store policy the items ( firearms) are not ordered until item are ordered until balance is under $if customer changes their mind Elk Country Sports is not holding inventory that can not be returned At the time the customer fulfilled the payment plan requirement the Items he was paying on for said layaway was no longer available discontinued and recalled by the ManufactureI am trying to locate the item thru different vendorsI am have also gave the customer options of a different item( firearm) with a slight difference, that does not include the add onhe said he would let me Roberta M [redacted] (Manager) know his choice, and says he understands as he was in the store while I have been on the phone trying to locate the items for him, with several vendors and the Manufacturer This said customer is telling me he understand and knows I am working on the problem and trying to located the fire arm he ordered or a equivalent with extra parts, at a fair price for both customer and companyhe is only complaining to the other sales person at the companyYes I believe he has every right to to send in a complaint to you but this issue has only been less than days and that is less time than it would that for even shipping this holiday season, with the current demands, even if the customers item would have been available If you have any questions Please contact me on my personal line 208-242- Thank you, Roberta (Bobbi) M***
