promptly and appropriately.  They flagged my order for overnight shipment as soon as it came back in stock, and also they managed to find one bottle in their facility and mail that directly.  So, for the most part, the problem was appropriately handled.  The main issue was that the first person I contacted tried to send me a different product that she assured me was the same (when it wasn't) -- this could have had life-threatening consequences to a child who normally received one product to treat seizures, and then received a much-diluted version of the product thinking it was the same dosage.  This same person also seemed to take perverse pleasure in painting the worst possible scenario for a frantic parent, and providing false information. I also think that Elixinol should have informed affected customers that the product they ordered was out of stock, and that there would be another week or more delay in receiving the product.  Since this is a product of a medical nature, patients need to be afforded the opportunity to find another vendor for the product before they run out and have a medical emergency.Thank you,[redacted]
