The following is the info concerning ***a, I've also forwarded the emails that her & I had about a month ago. Teresa Lucas was a previous client of [redacted] Skin & Body Care, under [redacted] Her 1st scheduled appointment on 7/30/2014, ***a had to cancel. E [redacted] ... notes states, that she called and left message trying to reschedule. October 10, 2014 ***a came in for a Microdermabrasion, at that time she scheduled for an appointment for December 30, 2014 that she ended up having to reschedule and never came back for. In the emails that I will forward you, she pre-paid to [redacted] for the December appointment that she never fulfilled. March 2015, I purchased E [redacted] clientele list, [redacted] moved to the Dallas area and is no longer doing facials. September 18th, 2015 ***a had a facial appointment scheduled with me that she no called/no showed. At the time of her scheduling with me, she never mentioned that she already pre-paid [redacted] . If, she would've shown up for the appointment with me, I would've been able to honor her pre-pay, due to me still paying off [redacted] . About a month, month in half ago, I emailed all the clients that I "inherited" by purchasing E [redacted] clientele list. Once ***a received my email (it's in the forwarded emails), she contacted me stating she had already paid. Please read forwarded emails, for remaining situation concerning ***a. Thank You, [redacted]
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
