We did install a new asphalt roof for Mr [redacted] I made it very clear to Mr [redacted] that the product we applied to his roof to remove the streaking could take 4-months to work I even showed him the product and the instructions that were on the product container that stated this I spoke with him again last week and he indicated that he may have misunderstood me when I told him this We have also supplied and installed this product at no cost to Mr [redacted] I have also told him that if it did not work to his satisfaction, we would come and apply it again at no charge I don't know what more we can do.......we will continue to monitor the situation and keep in contact with him [redacted]
