Elite Rent A Car, Inc.

On Saturday 27, 2013 while I was checking my checking account balance online, I spotted an unauthorized deduction from Elite Rent A Car of the amount of $90.09. I called right away and spoke with [redacted] who said that she would check on monday and that she was closed. I also called [redacted] who provided me Elite Rental A Car as my rental service due to my collision that I had on January 5, 2013 but [redacted] was not able to help me. So, I called Elite Rental again on Monday, April 29, 2013 and spoke with [redacted] again and told me the reason was that I went over 30 days of rental which was [redacted]'s fault for taking too long to fix my vehicle. I told Mrs. [redacted] that [redacted] had taken care of the expensives of my rental and mentioned to her that my insurance had paid them already the amount of $959.91 on April 19, 2013. So, why did Elite Rent A Car charged me $90 dollars and .09 cents without my authorization? I want my money back as soon as possible. [redacted] told me that I have to wait 8 to 15 days to be credited the money back that they deducted from my checking account without notifying me. I want my 90 dollars and .09 cents credit it as soon as possible.
