Review: I hired Elite Relocation to do a simple move from Washington DC to Boston. This move involved them picking up my items holding them for one month and then delivering the items. I sent them a requested delivery date on June [redacted] for my items to be delivered on July [redacted]. According to the order for service, my items are supposed to be delivered with in 14 business days of my delivery date. Today August [redacted] is day 14 and Elite Relocation will not make its delivery on time. Thus, Elite Relocation will breach its contract with me. In addition to this breach of contract, Elite Relocation made no effort to fulfill its delivery responsibilities until I reminded them of expiration of the contract last week and has conducted unacceptable customer service through out the ordeal.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as well as my items delivered to my apartment in Boston.
