I cannot say enough good things about this company. While we do some maintenance ourselves they have ALWAYS been just a phone call away. From the day they started the build to now getting ready to start our 4th summer they have been there any time we've needed them!

Elite Pools has been servicing our pool for over a year now and we LOVE them. They have never missed a week and our pool is crystal clear. I love getting the pictures from them after they have cleaned the pool so I have no concerns that it wasn't maintained properly when I am out of town. Highly recommend them to any pool owner!

Poor communication.
After missing two service dates, I had to call them to be told a tech was out of town. Then, they missed two more service dates, again with no prior communication; the pool looked awful. Found another company to clean up what Elite failed to maintain.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Their technicians didn't show up the first two times they were scheduled- the pool went green in the meantime. For weekly service they charged $300- a large portion of which was for chemicals to fix the pool that went green at their negligence. They used chemicals harmful to my salt water pool and left their empty chemical containers for me to dispose of. DO NOT USE.
