Elite Paintless Dent Repair

Elite Paintless Dent Repair provides false advertising to consumers and fails to comply with their Repair Authorization Contract. Elite Paintless Dent Repair falsely advertises the following: “We Pay Your Insurance Deductible & Provide You With A FREE Rental Car While We Fix Yours!” on their website at https://www.elitepaintlessdentrepair.com, business cards, and Facebook page (which has since been deleted). In addition to this advertising, Elite Paintless Dent Repair’s Authorization Contract states that, “…Elite will provide a free service of covering car rental…” Despite this advertising and contractual agreement, Elite Paintless Dent Repair has failed to fulfill payment for rental car services under their account with Enterprise on multiple occasions.

As a result of the failed payment by Elite Paintless Dent Repair, invoices from Enterprise have been transferred to Elite’s customers. To much surprise, customers have been left to pay for car rental services that should be contractually covered by Elite Paintless Dent Repair. Given the untimely repair by Elite Paintless Dent Repair, my car rental exceeded the 5 day estimate for repairs and reached 21 days bringing to total amount for the rental car to $829.29.

Elite Paintless Dent Repair has not made an attempt to resolve this issue and the company has failed to respond to multiple contacts made via phone and email. Overall, Elite Paintless Dent Repair has not followed through with advertised or contractual services and is deemed an untrustworthy business.
