When moving becomes [redacted] on earth! This company just made that possible, they sell you their services like all guaranteed, no changes, all will be on time, claiming to be the best! All at the end a sales speech that will not be close to reality From pickup to delivery a total nightmare: -They arrived late - Put my good with no care at all, making all the boxed picked up at the storage location fall inside the truck (boxes full of my goods) - The delay of one day caused several issues including missing my flights and extra hotel nights and car rental - During the storage period I requested and confirmed the delivery date, which was a couple of days away from the original date - They were on the original date available to deliver but decided to wait so they can charge me a complete month of storage - When they deliver, they broke stuff, delivered all furniture damaged and lots of my boxes with damage - They just don't care and will use any excuse to keep you in ***

This company lost a $chair then offered $in compensation I hired this company to move my items and they lost a $item, then offered me $in compensation for this loss

I am very satisfied with their serviceI reserved their moving truck to move me from Illinois to florida and had to pay $depositI called them and canceled my reservation and they told me that it's gonna take business days for the refund to be depositeddays went pass and I still didn't receive a deposit for my refund so I called them back and Jennifer answered the phone asked me for my name and pulled up my account and noticed that it wasn't processed so she needed to call me back so she can talk with the customer service department to find out what the delay wasshe called me back about minutes later and told me that it's all processed and u should be receiving your refund immediately I then hung up the phone and checked my account, but nothing was there, but when I got up this morning, my refund was deposited into my accountthank u elite for great customer serviceU all were excellent in resolving this matter

You can't write a long review on this website, so let me just say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My items were damaged, and stolen, and they still charged me $2,which is double what I paid two years prior when moving from a larger homeNot to mention, they left items behind, asked for a tip, and left pizza boxes and beer cans in my neighbors drivewayThe owner Val and his assistant Donna lied to me and told me I was the only dissatisfied customer, but they have a C rating on Angie's List and numerous bad reviews on Yelp and FacebookThere are too many good moving companies to use this one and get connedDO YOUR RESEARCH!

For the record I give this place zero stars. Our initial quote to move from California to Illinois was $1375. We added our mattress and a few other items and the quote I was given the day before was move was $1770. They came the next morning and once they put our stuff on the truck told me that it would be $3000....this was after I was told multiple times that the price couldn't not exceed the contract. They charged us $300 because my apartment was at the end of the hallway. Seriously? We had no choice but to pay this amount because we had already given our apartment notice. They give you a cheap quote and then jack the price once they have your stuff on their truck.

I was told that it would take about 7 days to get our stuff. I sent several emails and NO ONE responded so I started calling multiple times a day. Half the time no one answered the phone. And if I did get to actually speak to someone all I was told was "I don't know"...."I don't know". No one had an answer for when our stuff was going to get here. One girl said to me that she didn't know where the driver was and he wasn't answering his phone. I was told that they have several people's items on the truck and they didn't know when we would be receiving our stuff. FINALLY we were given the driver's number. I spoke to him and 20 days after they picked our stuff up it STILL HADN'T LEFT CALIFORNIA YET. FYI this was after the people that this "business" told me that it was on the way.

We were told on several occasions that a manager would call us. That never happened. Every time I talked to these worthless people they would say "Can we take down your number and call you?" We NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK.

ALSO you are suppose to receive a FORTY EIGHT hour notice. The driver called me on Sunday at 3pm telling me he would be here Monday morning at 8am. I was also NEVER told that we had to present the final balance with a POSTAL money order.

I wish I had read the reviews on this terrible company before I had hired them to move my stuff. All they do is scam people out of their money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do research on these people before hiring them for a job. I wouldn't trust them to move a lawn chair. The company is EXTREMELY DISHONEST...or maybe they have no idea what they are doing....
