I just called to have some warranty work done (small holes in the caulking) and found out that they are no longer associated with *** The person that answered the phone could not have been nicer or more professional She explained the situation and advised that she would forward my information to ***corporate for handling, with a copy to me so I would know who to contact I must say Jennifer and her crew were some of the most professional contractors I have dealt with and wish her and the crew (and the receptionist that answered my call) the best I look forward to doing business with you again*** ** * ***

We chose Baystate Re-Bath over other bathroom remodelers because of the styles, selection, and services they offeredEverything was better than what we expected, from the initial consultation through installationThe technicians were professional and the work was completed in two daysWe raved about our new bathroomAs time went on we realized the bottom of the tub was difficult to keep clean and noticed the caulking in and around the tub was coming looseRe-Bath acknowledged the bath-guard was problematic and had few suggestions on how to keep it cleanThey re-sealed the tub, only to have that application come loose againThe entire tub was sealed a third time and it seems to be holdingRe-Bath followed up about the bath guard and said they would schedule a service callTwo weeks, two e-mails, and two phone calls have netted ZERO response from themIt's as if they don't care not even the common courtesy to tell me there was nothing they can doVery poor communication and customer service

Review: We contracted with Elite Landscaping to install concrete driveway. Following its installation, we complied with all instructions given to us concerning use and maintenance of the driveway including the proper material for snow and ice treatment. Also, no plows were ever used in the driveway for snow removal.
Within 2 years the driveway material started to deteriorate significantly. We advised Elite immediately upon discovery of the problem and after some months, [redacted], owner of Elite, came to inspect the driveway. During that first visit [redacted] acknowledged that the driveway’s condition was defective. [redacted] told us he would have his concrete supplier (his subcontractor) inspect the driveway and advise us of what can be done to correct the problem. Several months later ( April or May 2014), [redacted] and his concrete supplier representative ([redacted]. viewed the driveway. At the conclusion of that meeting, [redacted] accepted responsibility and told me he would have his office get information and pricing for the materials needed to fix the driveway.
Many months passed without further word from [redacted] so my wife contacted him in September 2014. He said he would get pricing and contact her the following month. [redacted] never contacted her so she again contacted him and again he said he would do as he had previously promised, that is, get his office to obtain pricing and get back to her the following month. Again he did not contact her. The same repeated un-kept promises continued so my wife insisted I try to work with [redacted]. I contacted [redacted] in February of 2015 and we agreed to speak in April and schedule the repair for May.
Since April 2015, I have contacted [redacted] many times and each time he personally answered his cell phone and told me he could not talk at that moment and would call me back. He never called me back as promised nor provided any information or any plan to fix the driveway. Since May 2015, despite numerous attempts to reach, [redacted], he has not answered his cell phone nor has he returned any of my messages,
We believe [redacted] lacks integrity and honesty in his business dealings and has behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards us with absolutely no provocation from us. This has been an aggravating and very disappointing experience.
We want Elite to fulfill its commitments and present a plan to address the defective driveway condition.Desired Settlement: We want Elite to fulfill its commitments and present a plan to address the defective driveway condition and implement the agreed upon plan.
