On the 18th of July of 2019, MR. *** installed a *** in my *** that has never worked properly. I called Mr. in late August to inform him that my *** wasn't working properly. Approximately two weeks later he returned to check my *** and had it working in the *** mode. Then two weeks after that I called Mr. to inform him that it wasn't working in the *** mode properly, because it is *** in a wide erratic range. Now, since then I have called Mr., on countless occasions, to inform him that my *** does not work properly and he has failed to return to repair the problem. As of to date, Mr. has not returned to repair my ***.

This is a formal response from *** to Mr. ***’s complaint.The *** worked properly from day one and was tested in every aspect of functionality. An entirely separate trip was made to check the *** when Mr. said it was not working. This was a 2 hour drive and I made it personally as the *** instead of sending a *** due to the nature of the complaint. When I arrived I tested the *** for every possible malfunction It was in complete working order. I then proceeded to test the *** in *** mode to see that every zone came on as they should, and they did. After that per our procedure at *** I set the *** for one minute past the current time of day to see that the actual internal *** turned the *** on at the time they were scheduled for and they all came on via the *** and ***.

I then checked every *** they were all good .

I checked the *** they were all good and obviously working because all the *** came on. Mr. then apologized to me and said he wasn’t sure why he thought it wasn’t working that he had only called because he never saw them come on. At which point I explained the *** is set for coming on in the middle of the night.

He explained to me that’s why he’d probably never seen them. We left in good standings and the visit was noted.

A second time Mr *** called me out to his *** and I explained I had already been there once and the *** worked properly he then persisted I come look at the ***. I told him if I came there would be a $50.00 trip fee per ***’s standards if the *** was found working. He said it’s not working so sure I won’t have to pay anything.

When I got there I ain ran through the entire *** at which point I explained once ain the *** was functioning properly.

Mr. pay’d the $50.00 trip fee and once ain apologized.After this Mr *** continued to call me harassing me day and night during regular business hours and even well beyond business hours as late as 10:30 one evening, during holidays and vacations with my family. I always kept a cool *** and simply explained to Mr *** there’s nothing to fix and the *** works as it should. He was clearly not happy with this outcome. I told him I would send a *** to look at his *** once ain he didn’t like the idea and wanted me there personally and I couldn’t simply free myself up and drive the 2 hours every time he complained when I knew the *** was in working order. Then came a day I was in the area I called Mr. and said I’d like to come by and take a look at which point he was out of town.

And here we are now with a complaint to the *** and we have done nothing wrong instead we’ve tried several times to assist Mr *** in his self proclaimed issues with the functioning *** and he refuses to accept the fact that the *** is in fully functional order.

First of all the statement that I have not responded to Mr *** in a reasonable amount of time is a lie we spoke the day of multiple times and while Mr *** isn’t satisfied the *** was found to be in working order and the *** was found to be in working order also.

the *** was set to turn *** on at 0800 on the DESIGNATED DAYS the *** is set for (NOT EVERYDAY) therefore Mr *** is convinced it doesn’t work.

the statement to begin with was the *** didn’t work which we’ve since proved it does work and is functioning very well.

Mr *** now is stating that the *** isn’t installed properly as a while which was never a complaint before all the sudden now he thinks it needs to be all replaced.

Mr *** also tried to Extort us for $2,000 of $3,100 he payed to us for his ***.

stating that “if you just give me $2,000 we will make this all go away”

extorion is a crime. We will not tolerate this.

our *** on this job alone were more than $2,000

Mr *** continues to change his mind on what he wants as a resolve

he wanted someone to look at the *** they did and said the *** works as it should like *** has said from the beginning now Mr *** says the entire *** isn’t “up to ***”

which isnt true either.

I am rejecting this response because:

*** is rejecting Mr.’s response, because he is now saying things that are not true. When he set up my ***, he set it up to have the four sections to come on at 1, 2, 3, and 4am. I would go out into my *** at these times and the *** did not come on at the times promised. Mr. returned during a trip to ***, . to check my ***. He did some tweaking of the *** by putting it in the *** mode and it worked, but when he set the *** in the *** mode it does not come on at the stated times above. After a few days I phoned Mr. and he returned at a time that I was not at ***. He did not call before coming to check my ***. I called Mr *** all to no avail. After finally contacting him, he insisted that the *** was working properly after his last visit. He suggested to have another bonafide *** to check the ***. He dispatched Mr. from ***. Mr. checked the *** and stated that the *** was not installed to ***s. Mr. set the *** in the *** mode to come on at 8am, so I would not have to get up in the middle of the night to check the ***. In the *** mode, the *** still does not come on as prescribed. Mr. stated that means it does not work in the *** mode due to a *** malfunction. Some of the things Mr. are saying are totally irrational and unrealistic. I simply want a functioning *** as promised. Thanks for your assistance with this matter.
