I really didn't have to do anything. These guys assessed the issues that were wrong and took over from there. Do not think I have ever had a company that made me feel so at ease and completed everything that was said to be completed in a timely matter with 0 issues.

Igor and Vince were a great help in getting my roof and siding replaced after a hail storm. Once I turned it over to them I hardly had to do anything. They got the insurance claim approved and performed the work promptly. Thanks Elite Home Restoration!!

I had signed a contract with this company to install a new roof on my house. It was stated on the contract that a specific shingle was to be used. When they came to do the work they delivered a different cheaper shingle. I had recently been discharged from the hospital and not functioning well. I complained but the salesman assured me that this product was the same quality as what I paid for. I learned later that it was not what I had specified. It should have been a 35 year shingle.
The salesman never called to discuss any of this, it was a total surprise and put me in a stressed state.
The day earlier the salesman( Ty Miesanek) called and left a message saying he was ordering the product and the next day. After the shingles were delivered I called to complain, he asks if its an issue, then he says that he thought what I wanted was to blue, then he says the shingles that were delivered were a 35 year shingle when in fact they are not.
This is the epitome of dishonesty. I thought this was a reputable company, why do they have such a high Revdex.com standing?

Elite made this process so easy! From the beginning, Peter coordinated our roof replacement with our insurance company, the claims adjuster, the indoor painters for closet repair, and the roofing crew. It was seamless. In addition, the crew was great about protecting our landscaping and cleaning up after themselves. Overall, we had a great experience and a now have a beautiful new roof.

Elite Home Restoration, and Peter in particular, were great to work with. He was positive , professional and guided us through the claims process with our insurance company. ( We had hail / wind damage to roof and exterior areas.) He kept us up to date on the timing of the replacements and that helped a lot with scheduling time. The work teams ( roof , gutters, garage doors) were also friendly, performed the work timely and cleaned up all areas when on site. I highly recommend Peter and Elite.

I highly recommend Elite Home Restoration. From start to finish, the whole process was very professional and friendly. My contractor, Ryan *** was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am a widow and needed a new roof on my home and on a very steep barn. It was very difficult to find a contractor who would take on the difficult task of my steep barn, but Elite was the ONLY company to take on the task. They did a wonderful job.

We had never had a major restoration done to the exterior of our home. Elite made every step of the process great. From the initial consultation, through the stages of the construction, until the final payments Elite explained the entire process thoroughly. Our experience with Elite Home Restoration was exactly that!
In May 2017, we had a storm with high winds and it blew some tiles off our roof. I talked to a neighbor who told me about his experience with Pete from Elite Home Restoration. He recommended that I call Elite because of how Pete handled the entire roof job for him. I called, and Pete promptly returned my call. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. When I was satisfied with that I called our insurance company to file a claim and have the adjuster come out. Pete went up on the roof prior to the adjuster coming to my home and showed me his explanation with pics, of all the wind and hail damage he found on our roof. He explained the process and stayed in touch with me to coordinate going up on the roof with my insurance claims adjuster.
My insurance adjuster couldn't be at my home until June 1st, and Pete was there early to meet him. They both went up on the roof, checked out the gutters etc and also went into the attic. In addition, they checked the upstairs bedrooms for any water damage. After this was done, the process with the insurance company took awhile and at one point they wanted more pictures of the roof and Pete went up and took them and sent them in to me so I could forward them to my insurance adjuster! Pete also explained the process, when I had to also deal with my mortgage company, which helped that part to go smoothly too. Any question my husband and I had was explained to us and immediately followed up on, by Pete. Every text and phone call was responded to the same day or the next day. We were never left hanging. Once my insurance approved the roof Pete brought over samples for us to choose from and again explained all our options. Once the decision was made our roof went on in 2 days, with 8 guys working as a "well oiled machine", first covering all my plants and stairs and moving anything that could be damaged (even my bird bath). They did everything so professionally and quickly. Pete was there during those 2 days as well making sure everything was going smoothly for us. The painters came in a couple days after the roof was done and did a fantastic job on the one bedroom ceiling and walls that had water damage. We liked it so much that we had them do 2 more of our bedrooms and the price that was charged for the 2 extra rooms was very reasonable. We decided to have them install a solar Fan in the attic as well, and Pete did all the research for us on that too and met with us to explain which one would be best for our size house and why. Pete's manner is very professional, communicative, informed and always positive. My husband and I could not be any happier with the experience we had with Pete and Elite Home Restoration. There aren't enough stars to rate this flawless followthrough on everything Pete said they would do!

A couple weeks ago my home was hit by a severe hail storm. Today Roland a representative with Elite came out to my house to assess the damage. Roland was very professional, friendly, and honest!!!! Roland explained everything to me on how the damage will be fixed and answered all my questions throughly. I would definitely use Elite Restoration again and highly recommend them. I worked with Elite Home Restoration on a hail and wind damage to my home. They came out, reviewed the issue, contacted the insurance company (***), were onsite when the insurance reps reviewed the issues and were in regular contact through the project. We ended up having a roof replacement, some gutter work done and interior painting completed due to some water damage caused by the hail and wind. We worked with Peter *** and couldn't be more pleased with his work and the associates that did the roofing and painting. They did damage a small piece of yard art but quickly reimbursed us. Peter even showed up when we have the garage painted and helped get it ready (taking down tools and shelving). We had a great experience with this company.
