Review: Vendor installed a fence, and left the work site littered with debris and stains to newly pressure-washed patio and driveway. I had to find and pick up the hundreds of nails, wood, and trash in my and the neighbor's yard. He told me twice (and texted me once - which I still have) that he'd go back out and pressure wash it, but after he was paid I never heard from him again. His final cost was also $300 more than estimate. But he wouldn't finish the job unless he was paid.Desired Settlement: It cost me $300 to have the driveway and patio pressure-washed. I'd like to be refunded that amount.

Ramon [redacted] with Elite construction/ corp/ renovations/ home improvement replaced my roof. Now, 7 mos later my roof is leaking and he is unreachable. Cell phone is disconnected and no response to my emails.
