I have been a customer of Elite for almost ten years. I find them honest and so capable. Every Tech that has come to my house for service or to fulfill my maintenance agreement has been capable and so willing to make suggestions or give advice without any pressure. They are never pushy or try to sell something you perhaps don't really need. They explain everything well and they understand that they are performing a service for YOU.

As with every maintenance visit, Derek Blackledge always provides professional service on my air conditioner. I always have faith in his work .

From the person who sold me the unit, the installation crew, and the service guys have all been polite, helpful, friendly, and courteous. The entire staff, to include the girls in the office, have always been a pleasure to deal with! Both Corey and Robert have been my service gentlemen and highly recommend them both! They always let you know what they are doing, ask permission when appropriate, and offer suggestions to help promote the life of the unit. This company is excellent - the staff are all very knowledgeable and courteous - the techs are timely, neatly dressed, very professional ,very knowledgeable and have no problem taking the time to thoroughly explain the process of work being done.
