Elite Glass and Mirror

Tim accepted a shower wall job in early summer 2019. However, the glass had scratches as well as being incorrectly installed at an angle. The installation had been completed while I was away. Upon notice, I reached out to Tim. It took some time to finally receive a response, and he was kind about it (apparently there had been recent issues with the supplier), and said he'd place an order for a new piece of glass which would take a couple weeks. Several weeks went by with no contact, and I reached out. Upon contact was told he was bogged down in a large job, but made arrangements to do the installation on the coming Saturday--however Tim never arrived nor made contact that he was delayed, etc.
After a couple months I was done trying to work around his schedule and receiving poor communication. I requested a refund so that I could pay for another company to finish his incomplete job. Tim agreed, but then never provided the funds. If your task is large and pays a lot, maybe Elite Glass will provide you the attention you deserve. However, with my small installation, the money was taken but the service was incomplete and I have essentially been told to deal with it.
