Review: Family dealing with Elite Fuel Oil for long time & when I took over home I continued to deal with them. Main dealing was with '____ Service via Phone #: ###-###-#### she basically was my contact person for Service, Problems, Oil. Numerous times I asked for a Statement of Account and especially since the destruction of Sandy to my home. Elite delivered my fuel on a system-devised plan and I paid on a monthly service plan. Going thru [redacted], etc. I wasn't keeping record of incoming/outgoing funds. Therefore, I requested [redacted] via telephone for a Statement and she acknowledged she would. She never did. Finally, I sent a registered letter dated 10/**/2013 and still no response. Return Receipt # [redacted] and it was signed by a '[redacted]'. Basically, why couldn't I get a Statement? I have since switched to a COD company.Desired Settlement: Statement of Account

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Elite Fuel of LI Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was contact by a letter from '[redacted]' and she handwrote me a note to call her on her cell. I brought the note to work and I accidentally spilled coffee on the note and couldn't see the number. Therefore, I called:

1) [redacted] @ ###-###-#### who I always called for Service (was in my cell phone directory). I asked her to call me back and/or have [redacted] call me directly. No response.

2) I sent the same letter as previously - and included the words: 2nd Request and the new date. I had no response.

3) Note: I am not looking for anyone to call since all I want is my STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT sent to me.

Therefore, I am stating that I did not get a resolution.
