Elite Exteriors

In April, George from Elite Exteriors (formerly Nu View) came to my house and priced out several windows and two doors. After paying a $2500 deposit on a $5000 bill, the company came out on June 11th for installation. I wrote them the final check that day and they did the work. Only to find out at the end of the job that the front door that we purchased 'was not in yet and it would be in the following Tuesday for installation'. I had already given them the final $2500 check and trusted at that point that they were good on their word. Specifically because a contract was signed! Tuesday came and no contact with the company. A few weeks went by and nothing. Finally, I reached out to them to see what the status was. I was told it was ordered and will be in in about six weeks. I have talked to Dan many times and his time of delivery changes each time. I have several voicemails saved on my phone from Dan, specifically one from September 23rd stating the door is due for delivery the next Monday, September 30th. He said he would call me with specifics that next week. I was called last week by the secretary and told that the doors would definitely be in Thursday, October 10th and to expect a call Friday the 11th for an install date. I have asked the company to either give me an exact date of install or give me my money back: $887. I have called weekly since the end of August trying to resolve this.
