Review: good evening, I had hired Elite Contractors Inc, located at [redacted], to perform sub contracting work for several of my projects. the people I dealt with at Elite contractors, were, Ali and Hassan. (father and son). I started with the first job, a roof replacement, and as the project was going along, it seemed all was ok, so I gave them a second project to perform interior renovations, of vinyl flooring, painting of apartments, and restoration to the facade of the home. and again, at first, things seem to go well. so I gave him a third project, to gut renovate an apartment in a multi family building. and then the headaches started...... the first job, the roof, once completed, started to leak, the second job, the facade work was horrible, the vinyl flooring started to crack, and the third job, the bathroom tile work was horrible, and the flooring was all uneven, as well, the taping of the walls was sloppy. I fired Elite contracting from the second and third projects, and retained an attorney for damages.Desired Settlement: the first job was almost $10,000, and approx. $15,000 or more in damages from the leaks.resolution: the roof properly redone, and a check for $15,000 for damages.the second job was interior and exterior work approx. $13,000.00 and approx $5,000 to $15,000 in damages.resolution: the facade properly redone, and a check for $5,000 for damages.the third job was approx $15,000 and damages to redo the work was approx $$20,000 - $25,000resolution: retile the bathroom, and a check for $20,000.
