I will never do business with Elite Continuing Education again I went on the website to purchase the continuing education credit hours It did not recognize my e-mail as being validI had to use my personal e-mail instead of my work e-mailThat should have been a warning Yet I continued on to the payment portion and entered information When I purchased this, the account flagged that I had already done this CE and stayed on this page At this point I didn't know what to do as this is the first time had have had to purchase CE credits since I am a new nurse I chose to get the heck out of this website and tried to follow up with a call to their office in FloridaOf course no one answered I called on several occasions and did not get through to anyone Imagine my surprise when the charge showed up on my bank accountI am still waiting for the credit

I have used EliteCME.com for about 20-CEU's so farI have had one problem with my certificates not appearing on the website so I could print themAfter a quick phone call, which was answered within seconds after going through the menu, a kind woman easily helped me figure out my troubles while gently explaining the problem was on my end A very pleasant experience throughout

I will only use elite, since the first time having to renew my licenseThey are a trusted website and are user friendlyI have never had any issues and will continue to use them

I purchased a hour massage therapy ceu class that was supposed to be held today in Carol Stream Illinois from a.mto p.mWhen I showed up at a.mthere were a few other students like myself walking around trying to find the class and the hotel front desk had no record of the classThe instructor did not show and when I tried to contact Elite, first of all they were not open on a Sat at 8am, and no one returned my phone messages or my emailsIn fact the only person that did reach out to me was a different instructor that I contacted by accident who also led courses through EliteHe offered to try to reach someone for meStill waiting and it's hours laterNo explanation so far as to why a course that I paid for was not held

I have used EliteCME.com for about 20-22 CEU's so far. I have had one problem with my certificates not appearing on the website so I could print them. After a quick phone call, which was answered within 10 seconds after going through the menu, a kind woman easily helped me figure out my troubles while gently explaining the problem was on my end.
