Elite Community Services, L.L.C

My name is [redacted], I started my respite and habitation services for my son, [redacted] on April 30, 2013, with this agency Elite Community Services, L.L.C and my other son, [redacted] was June 6, 2013, with also the same agency. Both of my sons have special needs, they have both been diagnosed with Mild mental rdation, Encephalopathy Nos, chronic Otitis Media, Asthma, receptive expressive language disorder, per Dr. [redacted], Ph.D, Ltd Developmental & Pediatric Psychology. They both are delayed in speech, self help skills also. [redacted] is 5, and [redacted] will be 4 in October 24. [redacted] is in 7 different medication. [redacted] also has thinning of his lungs which he gets food trapped in his lungs. His right lung is fire engine red and it swells, then he has a hard time breathing. I started having trouble with this agency from day one. It got so bad for them finding people they ask me if I knew anyone so I had 2 of my friends come to the agency in and applied. In the meantime going through there hiring process, they had some fill ins workers and also the boys regular workers respite. [redacted] started the summer program through DDD on June 3, [redacted] started June 17 the hours for the program is 8:00-12:00 the agency hired [redacted] which she was late picking him up, the girls at the program was texting me. I called [redacted], and said where are you the girls have to go at the school, she told me she just showed up at 12:18. [redacted], asked me one day so do you know my sister in Perryvile Prison, because my husband, [redacted], and my mom wants at Durango. I said no, and got really paranoid because people do hold kids to get there loved out of prison. So I went in to the agency had a meeting with the owner [redacted] on June 11, 2013. I showed [redacted] the texts from the girls at the school, and told her I needed dependable workers and on time. She told me from know on, it will be taking care of, a couple days later she preceeded to ask me if the boys can be pick up in a non-air conditioner car in the middle of the summer in a 120 degress. I stated no way! I'm finish! The agency likes to hold their workers certificate hostage, and let you the worker pay for it even if you are only making 40.00 a week, they want you to pay 30.00 of it to get your certificate.

In the end result, I just wanted to share my story, what I went through, and what this agency is all about, how they run through business, and they don't care if they leave you (the parents) hanging. I gave them plenty of chances 7 total. As a parent, I wish I would have known about this agency before I chose them. As for the employment world I hope they find this a read it before they employed with this agency.
