Review: I ordered product 5/**/13 and paid with electronic check. I received a receipt and the funds have been taken but as of 6/*/13 I have NOT received the product. I tried calling out of Eastern business hours 6/*/13 to get a recording of some other phones mailbox that is full and cannot leave message. I called many times 6/*/13 during Eastern business hours to get same message.Desired Settlement: I am seeking EITHER to receive the product OR a refund. An explanation of why the difficulty would be a kind gesture also.
