The customer wanted credited for the months that they weren't billed on the cents per kilowatthour rate That is what we have agreed to do Our charges are billed on their utility bill If the customer is wanting a credit on the utility bill we are unable to do that The utility doesn't allow it That is why we are going to send this customer a check for the difference

The customer wanted credited for the months that they weren't billed on the 5.29 cents per kilowatthour rate.  That is what we have agreed to do.  Our charges are billed on their utility bill.  If the customer is wanting a credit on the utility bill we are unable to do that.  The utility doesn't allow it.  That is why we are going to send this customer a check for the difference.

This customer did sign up for an offer of 5.29 cents that should have began with their June 2016 meter reading.  It didn't begin until their October meter reading.  We have calculated and will be issuing a refund check for the 4 months that were not billed at the 5.29 cents.
