In July of I stopped visiting Elite Wellness Center in Cool Springs due to a lack of improvement in my physical conditionI settled what I was told was the outstanding balance on my account at the timeI received a notice of outstanding balance in January, for services rendered in January, I was informed the outstanding balance was due to a billing mistake made by Elite Wellness Center identified during a year end audit
I requested documentation of outstanding balance in order for me to confirm against my insurance records, however, I have only received additional notices of an outstanding balance
