Review: [redacted] President and Owner of Elite Basketball Organization did not issue my refund back of $325 as he stated he would. [redacted] responded via email on multiple occasions stating that he would refund the money. I have emails to confirm [redacted] statements on refunding my $325. I havent seen my refund and its been close to a year now.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to refund my money ASAP. He stated he has a pay pal account for his business. I have a pay pal account as well. All [redacted] has to do is send me the money by entering my email address into his pay pal and press send. Its and easy fix to the problem

I'm willing to

make a settlement with Mr. [redacted]. His team signed up for a tournament which had

250 teams participate from all over the western region. They dropped out a week

before. The tournament states that there are NO refunds 21 days prior to the

event. I had already spent numerous hours on the schedule, and the schedule was

complete. I had to find a team to replace his team so that the other teams that

he was scheduled against wouldn't have forfeited game. The team that I had

replaced them with couldn't afford to pay so I let them in free. I will settle

with Mr. [redacted] for a fair price.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

If Mr [redacted] would of stated that from the start I would of agreed as I run the same type of business but not at one time was this offered to me. I agree and have no problem on settling for a fair price.
