Hello,plleaae be aware that [redacted] represented himself as the onwer of [redacted] and [redacted] Repair, and working with [redacted] Motorsports and Elite Auto TeamAs you can see from the Invoice atthached for inspections done on car, [redacted] and [redacted] are associated and are listed on the same invoice I have also attached new vehicles listed on craigslist for sell by [redacted] with his new telephone numberMy complaint is with [redacted] who sold me the car and promised to replace the drivers' side fender and sold me a car with a wrong part plus missing parts [redacted] also promise the mechanic fto pai him for his work done (missing bar link, replace wrong shock, replace broken axles)***, the mechanics' number is [redacted] if you would like to verify the informationTherefore, my complaint is with [redacted] Repair, [redacted] and Elite Auto Team since there were all involve in selling me the car and done on the same transaction, the complaint is for the repairsI have tried calling [redacted] numerous times, but he never repsonses to my messages and is continuelousy changing his phone number As you can see from the most recent pictures of cars attached [redacted] has listed on craigslist, hiis new number as of 02/17/is [redacted] [redacted] refuses to give me his last nameI am hopefully that you will be able to obtain [redacted] last name so that I may be able to sue him in court if you are unable to help meThank you for your time and caring in this matterI truly appreciate all your helpHave a great day.Respectfully, [redacted] ***Cell: [redacted]
