My head gasket blew on my car and a salesman named Leo ran across the street and told me that he could put me in a new car if I drove that one across the street. He forced me into a car that I really didn’t want with a car payment that I couldn’t afford. In fact, the APR on the car ended up being 28%. He also told me that he was giving me $1500 towards my car, but he couldn’t put that in the paperwork. Come to find out, when I got the payoff for my car, they aren’t giving me the $1500 for my old car. Within a month, the tires went flat (the wires were showing), the axel is bent, the window is off track, the headlights need replaced, and the brake lights need replaced. Leo was unwilling to help with any of these. He told me that I had to have driven the car so far in a month that it was my fault that the tires had worn down.

Attached you will also find the 'Buyers Guide' signed by Ms. acknowledging the fact the vehicle was sold 'As-Is, with no dealer warranty' implied. I purchase a 2013 Ford Mustang on September 30th, 2017. The car drove good. On friday October 13, 2017 my mother was driving my car and all of a sudden the tire came off the driver side. All the studs came off and all the lug nut where broke. I had the car towed to the auto center and told him my mother had a wreck because the lug nut were to short in the tire. The General Manager A stated to me "That I need to move my car. I did not need to bring it back and its not his responsibility." (With a smirk) I've only had this vehicle two weeks and it was tragedy waiting to happen. My mother was sent to hospital because her oxygen and pulse was dropping.

C*** P purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang (Vin ***) from Auto Center of Spartanburg, LLC on October 2nd, 2017. The vehicle had 100,517 miles when purchased. Ms. P called in on Friday, October 13th, 2017 and spoke with A G, the general manager of the dealership. She stated the vehicle had been involved in an accident. She stated the lugnuts came off while driving causing the accident. She also stated she had recently taken the vehicle to a repair shop to have them check the brakes. When Ms. P's vehicle was towed in to the dealership, the rollback driver was blocking our side entrance. We expressed to them that he needed to move the truck so customers come drive in and out. The mileage on the vehicle is now 101,390 miles. Within the (11) days of having the vehicle, the customer put 873 miles on it. During which time, any issue with the lug nuts were never addressed with the dealership. When the vehicle left the dealership at time of sale, all lugs were in place and secure. It is very unfortunate that Ms. P had an accident in the vehicle, however Mr. A G advised her of the proper procedure after an accident, of filing a claim with her insurance company.
