In May, they came and "replaced" a hose assembly for my refrigerator's water filter. By July, conveniently outside the warranty, it started having the same problems. I described the issue over the phone as the same issue, and they insisted on charging $59 for a service call just to come out without the part, diagnose it as the same issue, then schedule a follow up call.

We set a two-hour window for them to arrive. After the window had passed, I called to ask when the technician would come, and the dispatch informed me that the part hadn't arrived from UPS, so no one would come. As soon as I pointed out that they should have called to let me know that BEFORE I sat home and waited for them to call, they hustled me off the phone and said that they would contact UPS to find out when the part would come. An hour later, I still hadn't gotten a call, so I called back. No one picked up so I left a message. The next day, I called two hours after opening to ask what happened to the part. I think they recognized my number because they didn't pick up, but they picked up when I called from a different number. I voiced my frustration, and even though this was obviously their fault and they should have apologized, the dispatcher cut me off, raised his voice, and said he didn't have time to deal with me. I told him I wanted a refund of my money, but he said he had already ordered the part and wanted to do a service call tomorrow. I told him that was unacceptable, and he said he didn't want to deal with me and would call me later.

They are incompetent and outrageously rude, if you are able to get them to show up or get on the phone. Run like the wind.

Review: Extremely poor communication. Charged $50 for repair visit for samsung refrigerator. Told part would take 4-6 weeks. Have called different numbers for 5 days to inquire if part was even ordered, no return calls. Md 301-761-1703 doesn't answer phone, websites appear inactive nowCompletely unreliable. Waited for day and half for arrival. Cleared refrigerator 3 times before finally came. Does not speak or understand English. Don't know if part has been ordered or if technician plans to return to finish repairsAdvertised military discount.
