I have been working on Mr. [redacted] clock trying to get the issue with keeping time. I have not been able to slow it down enough. behind. Consumer and I have talked numerous times in regards to his clock. He has not told me that he wants his clock returned to him. I will contact the consumer and return the clock back to him along with the $125 deposit.

I am rejecting this response because:This matter was referred to an attorney prior to receipt of the business' response.  It is now necessary that the business respond in writing directly to the attorney as per instructions in the letter the business received from the attorney.
