Based on the info about the fault with our tv George ordered the parts required and showed up at exactly the time he said he wouldGeorge was pleasant and took the time to explain what the problem was and fixed it quickly
With service like this backing up Samsung's products I would definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future
