Eliminex Termite and Pest Control

I had an issue with bed bugs back in December and eliminex cam out and treated our apartment. They claimed that treatment in surrounding apartments was not nessaccary. Now the people who boarder our apartment have bed bugs and after further research multi dwelling units need to have surrounding units treated if one is confirmed to have bed bugs. Eliminex failed to do this. They are also claiming that these critters stay in one place and do not travel through walls. If there is a host in that location they won't even travel out of the room. This business clearly doesn't value the lives of the people they treat or the surrounding people as well.
