We collected a total of $6,after saving Mrs***’s $deductible and giving her $cash back. We also paid $for the rental bill in part for the extended time than allotted to fix the vehicle. During the two months, I explained to Mrs*** that I was backed up
and didn't get started on her car right away. Mrs***’s response was, “'as long as I have transportation it’s ok.” I then assumed the rental car bill. In regards to the hood, we did replace it. As of today I still have her original hood in my shop. The hood has the cars manufacturer sticker that matches her car. I have an invoice that matches numbers on the aftermarket hood that I bought for her car. The supplement called for a new windshield which was replaced as well and for the rear bumper to be repaired. I have an OK via text message from Mrs*** to repair instead of replace the rear door per the estimate for the refund of the $cash back. There is clearly a dispute on what was and wasn't replaced and what if any work was done. It’s obvious Mrs*** doesn't want me to take care of any issues Mrs*** made me aware that she was not pleased with the work and I made attempts via phone and text messages to resolve the issues to no avail on her part. I don't know where to go from here since I wanted to resolve this with Mrs***. I believe paying Mrs*** the entire amount back $6,is not the answer. I would like to resolve this in all fairness to Mrs*** and my businessThank you, *** *** Eli’s Collision and Custom
