Elgin Automatic Transmissions

I brought my car to these people because they said they worked on manual transmissions,they had trouble with my car and after talking to them several times to get an answer as to why my car was not finished they kept telling me different reasons ,it's been a week of excuses for a job that takes less then day's to fix.my car obviously was something they were not at all experienced with,now thier not even calling me to keep me posted on thier progress

This business told me that they were capable of rebuilding my transmission using performance parts (first lie)
I was told to order the parts I wanted so I got what I was looking forI was quoted around $and a week of down timeI spoke with the owner and told him that I needed the line pressure #s and CVI values for the transmission after they reflashed the computer so I could make sure I got my warrantee from the parts companyI was told not to worry, that they would take care of everything (2nd lie)
