They say they shipped an order but it hasn't actually been picked up by FedEx. They have a history of shipping problems.
I ordered merchandise in November 2019 that should have been here already. They have given me 2 different tracking numbers neither of which shows a package having been picked up. After reviewing their Twitter page and their reviews on *** it has become clear that they have a long history of sending wrong merchandise, sending orders to wrong cities, or just plain not sending it out at all. They blame FedEx and the holidays but again this had apparently been an ongoing problem.

Inability to deliver product that was ordered nearly 10 months ago. Incompetent customer service.
Initial order (NIN #XXXXX) for 1X Logo Zip Up Hoodie-M for $45.00 was placed on 12/17/2016 from the NIN.com website. The website switched vendors from Firebrand to Sandbag in June 2017. Because of this, they have provided their customers with a discount code for future purchases, which was very nice of them. However, my original order has not been completely fulfilled yet!

I was very patient with Sandbag up until August 30th, when I requested an update on the status of the order. After multiple emails with an employee named "***" nothing has been resolved. Every time I tried speaking with customer service they ask me the exact same questions as before. I was provided with a shipping number USPS XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, but it has been in a Pre-Shipment phase since August 11th, 2017. I tried contacting *** again today, but have not received any reply.
