I am filing this complaint because their company customer service is horrible I paid for a swimsuit from this brand and was sent the incorrect size in the top I reached out to this company numerous times via Instagram dm email phone and text and no response or any information was given to me on how to resolve this issue until I made a video post on my instagram story then the business responded to me via instagram dm talking to me a customer very rude and smart stating they can send me a return label so I can send the items back for a full refund I responded and said yes I'd like to move forward with that and then still no response so at this point I'm filing this complaint for these reasons in hopes for a full refund or exchange for my correct size.

Refund I'd like a full refund and or exchange for my items and an apology by business for such rude mean and sassy customer service because this is unacceptable by any means. Please and thank you.

*** placed an order via the online website and her order was successfully delivered to her. She later contacted our business instagram page direct messages and stated that the item doesn't fit (which is the largest size we sell online.) Social media is not customer service. She immediately sent numerous direct messages and harassing comments on social media. I reached back out to *** and informed her to contact the customer service phone line and/or email which is where all customer service issues are resolved. Once she did that, we later responded to her and advised her we will send her a full refund once she return the item in which we also sent her a paid return label. *** was aware that she couldn't be refunded until the item was returned.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Because this business owner is a rude lying piece of *** I've never sent any harassment comments I only tried to receive some sort of help to resolve this issue but it took all this just to get a respectful response
As you can see in the customers response, they still are being rude. Attached is a text message I've sent *** to the number that we have on file stating that a return label was sent to her to return the product she's unsatisfied with so that we can process the refund. Again, we can not process the refund if the item is still in *** possession. If she's unsatisfied, this is the opportunity to return it so we can refund her in full. We still await.
