Eleven Madison Park

When a guest makes a reservation here at Eleven Madison Park all sales are final. The guest, [redacted], originally made a reservation for February [redacted], but that turned out to be a mistake on their part as they got the date wrong so we rescheduled it to March [redacted] to make amends. [redacted], when they were due to dine, a family member (who was not going to be dining) became ill and we offered to reschedule again. Then on March [redacted] for the 3rd time, they tried calling to again postpone their reservation, even though they were due to dine in just an hour or so- by that point we are unable to seat the table. As our policy clearly states when you make a reservation, all sales are final and the guest is responsible for that table- on certain occasions we will reschedule reservations but it is case by case. In this instance, after already doing it several times and the late notice of the call, we maintained our policy and did not reschedu le/refund them. The guests were always aware of our policy from the very beginning as well.
